What type of payment do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience easy and secure. You can use all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.

For our international customers, we support various local payment methods depending on your region. Our checkout process will guide you through the available options to ensure a smooth transaction.

What are your shipping policies?

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-2 business days for your item(s) to be shipped (custom and made-to-order items 1-2 weeks). Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. If you need your item(s) faster, please feel free to reach out to me @ terrarusticadesign@hotmail.com, and I will make every effort to meet your needs.

USA DELIVERY

Free shipping is offered on orders over $75.00

All domestic orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage (2 to 5 business days), or Priority Mail (1 to 3 business days) with confirmation. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information.

CANADA DELIVERY

Delivery times for Canadian orders vary by province and typically range from 7 to 21 business days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Currently, Terra Rustica Jewelry ships exclusively within the United States and Canada.

If we do not currently ship to your country but you are interested in one of our pieces, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refunds & Exchanges

We are confident you will be delighted with your order. However, if any issues arise, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item so we can address your concerns promptly.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of shipment, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and reserve the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund based on the item's condition.

Terra Rustica Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping. Additionally, custom orders are non-refundable.

In the rare event that an error occurs on our part, we will correct it immediately and reimburse any associated shipping costs.

Do you charge tax? 

We are required by California law to collect a sales tax from any in-state customers (customers residing within California only). The amount will be reflected upon checkout.

How do I clean my Terra Rustica Design jewelry?

We recommend cleaning our jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Please do not use commercial Silver Dip as it will remove all the oxidized details.
